Overview of Key Projects:

ILC has a number of key projects based in supportive, pro-mining jurisdictions.

CANADA 🇨🇦

  • A wholly owned, royalty-free flagship project near Ignace, Ontario, where ILC has 32,900 hectares of claims. In 2023, ILC released a 43-101 Resource Estimate for lithium and rubidium, followed by a 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment initially for lithium only.

  • A copper and cobalt project, in which ILC holds a 90% interest.

  • ILC will hold a 100% interest in the lithium project once its options are exercised.

SOUTHERN AFRICA

  • Karibib: ILC has acquired an option to buy Lepidico’s interest in the Karibib Lithium, Rubidium, and Cesium Project in Namibia. As well as its significant lithium resource, it is the largest disclosed rubidium resource in Africa and provides ILC with the most significant cesium interests of any non-Chinese company. The Project includes fully permitted mining licences known as Rubicon and Helikon, with Rubicon having had a Definitive Feasibility Study conducted under 43-101 and JORC standards.

  • ILC has applied for Exclusive Prospecting Orders (EPOs) to explore Zimbabwe’s lithium resources.  These will be significant if granted, and ILC will update the market in due course.
